What things in your life do you want to change? Think about where you are now and where you want to be in the future. I am here to guide you and help you live your life the best way you can. Therapy will be a process and I want you to feel comfortable sharing yourself with me as we embark on this journey together. I believe in the importance of communication and am here to help people feel comfortable expressing themselves along with their needs and desires. While change can be scary because it is the unknown it can also be exciting and fulfilling. Over my years as a therapist, I’ve seen firsthand and been in awe over the incredible resilience I’ve witnessed in people. I believe we all have the ability to find resilience within ourselves.
